Ingredients
- 120ml Pineapple Elixir
- 30ml Passion Fruit Purée
- 30ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 30ml Freshly Squeeze Lime Juice
- 15ml Homemade Simple Syrup
- Teaspoon Grenadine
- Orange Slice to garnish
- Maraschino Cherry to garnish
- 4oz Pineapple Elixir
- 1oz Passion Fruit Purée
- 1oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1oz Freshly Squeeze Lime Juice
- 0.5oz Homemade Simple Syrup
- Teaspoon Grenadine
- Orange Slice to garnish
- Maraschino Cherry to garnish
Method
- Add the Pineapple Elixir, passion fruit purée, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and grenadine into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well chilled then double strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with the orange slice and maraschino cherry.
