Coco No Loco
Aim
To create a simple, fresh and delicious cocktail.
Apparatus
Highball glassMaterials
60ml Pineapple Elixir Rum
1 Fresh coconut water to top up
1 Lime wedge
1 Lime slice to garnish
1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour over the Coconut Concoction rum.
Top up with the coconut water and squeeze in the lime wedge.
Garnish with a slice of lime, sprig of fresh mint and serve.
Results
An incredibly refreshing, simple and easy to make cocktail with plenty of tasty coconut flavours.
