Espresso Rumtini

Aim

To take the strong flavour of Espresso Martini and give it a smooth caramelised pineapple undertone.

Apparatus

Shaker
Hawthorne Strainer
Fine Mesh Strainer
Champagne Coupe

Materials

60ml Pineapple Elixir
30ml Coffee Liqueur
30ml Freshly brewed Espresso
3 Coffee beans to garnish

2 Oz Pineapple Elixir
1 Oz Coffee Liqueur
1 Oz Freshly brewed Espresso
3 Coffee beans to garnish

Method

Add plenty of ice to the shaker.
Add all of the ingredients to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Add the coffee beans to garnish.

Results

The classic you know and love but now with a delicious caramel note and mild pineapple fruitiness.
