To create the iconic tropical cocktail filled with fruity flavours and the smoothness of Pineapple Elixir.

Shaker
Hawthorne Strainer
Fine Mesh Strainer
Hurricane glass

Materials

120ml Pineapple Elixir
30ml Passion fruit puree
30ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
30ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
15ml Simple syrup
1 Teaspoon Grenadine
2 Orange slices to garnish
2 Maraschino cherries to garnish

4 Oz Pineapple Elixir
1 Oz Passion fruit puree
1 Oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
1 Oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ Oz Simple syrup
1 Teaspoon Grenadine
2 Orange slices to garnish
2 Maraschino cherries to garnish

Method

Add the Pineapple Elixir, passion fruit pure, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup and grenadine into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake until well chilled then double strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with the orange slices and maraschino cherries.

The classic caribbean in a glass cocktail with all the amazing fruity flavours and a touch of pineapple and hint of spice from the Pineapple Elixir to add that extra dimension.
