Aim
To create the most famous Tiki cocktail that showcases the flavours of quality rum.

Tumbler glass
Materials
60ml Pineapple Elixir Rum
15ml Dark Rum (We like Appleton Estate)
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
15ml Orange Curaçao
10ml Homemade Simple Syrup
10ml Orgeat Syrup (Almond Syrup)
1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
1 Lime slice to garnish
2 Oz Pineapple Elixir Rum
0.2 Oz Dark Rum (We like Appleton Estate)
0.75 Oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
0.5 Oz Orange Curaçao
0.3 Oz Homemade Simple Syrup
0.3 Oz Orgeat Syrup (Almond Syrup)
1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
1 Lime slice to garnish
Method
Add the Arcanist Elixir, Curaçao, lime juice and orgeat into a shaker.
Add crushed ice to the shaker and lightly shake.
Pour into a Tumbler glass and float the dark rum over the top. (Slowly pour the dark rum over the back of a spoon onto the side of the glass)
Garnish with the lime slice and sprig of fresh mint.
Results
A perfect blend of ingredients that allows the rum to shine through with the other ingredients.
