Aim
To create a super fun beach vibes cocktail that has Pineapple Elixir adding some spicy sparkle.
Apparatus
BlenderHurricane glass
Materials
60ml Pineapple Elixir Rum
60ml Fresh Pineapple juice
60ml Coconut Cream
6 Pineapple chunks
1 Dash Homemade Simple Syrup
1 Pineapple slice to garnish
1 Cocktail umbrella
1 Straw
2oz Pineapple Elixir Rum
2oz Fresh Pineapple juice
2oz Coconut Cream
6 Pineapple chunks

Method
Add the pineapple chunks with plenty of ice into the blender.
Add the Pineapple Elixir rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and dash of simple syrup to the blender.
Blend till smooth.
Serve in a chilled glass adding the pineapple slice. cocktail umbrella and straw.
Results
This delicious taste of the Caribbean gives us the quintessential beach vibe with the Pineapple Elixir giving it a bit of extra jazz.
