Rum & Ginger
Aim
To make a refreshingly delicious drink that has a slight kick from the ginger.
Apparatus
Bar SpoonHighball glass
Materials
60ml Pineapple Elixir Rum
10ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Ginger ale to top up
1 Lime slice to garnish
2 Oz Pineapple Elixir Rum
0.3 Oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Ginger Beer to top up
1 Lime slice to garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour over the rum and lime juice.
Top up with ginger ale and stir.
Garnish with a lime slice and serve.
Results
Smooth and refreshing with the spice from the rum interacting with the nice mild kick of the ginger and pineapple undertones throughout.
