Ingredients
- 60ml Pineapple Elixir
- 30ml Blue Curaçao syrup
- 60ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 30ml Coconut Cream
- Pineapple slice to garnish
- Maraschino cherry to garnish
- Cocktail Umbrella
- 2oz Pineapple Elixir
- 1oz Blue Curaçao syrup
- 2oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1oz Coconut Cream
- Pineapple slice to garnish
- Maraschino cherry to garnish
- Cocktail Umbrella
Method
- Add the Pineapple Elixir, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously till the contents are well chilled.
- Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice and garnish with the pineapple slice, maraschino cherry, and cocktail umbrella.
