To create one of the simplest cocktails out there with Pineapple Elixir to add another layer of deliciousness.
Apparatus
Highball Glass
Ingredients
- 60ml Pineapple Elixir
- 140ml Coca-Cola
- Lime slice to garnish
- 2oz Pineapple Elixir
- 5oz Coca-Cola
- Lime slice to garnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour over the Pineapple Elixir and top up with Coca-Cola.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
