Ingredients
- 50ml Pineapple Elixir
- 50ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 5ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 5ml Simple Syrup
- 4 Fresh Chunks of Pineapple
- 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Sprig of fresh Basil to garnish
- 1.7oz Pineapple Elixir
- 1.7oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.2oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.2oz Simple Syrup
- 4 Fresh Chunks of Pineapple
- 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Sprig of fresh Basil to garnish
Method
- Add plenty of ice to a shaker.
- Add all of the ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously.
- Double strain into the Jam Jar.
- Garnish with the sprig of Basil.
