Elixir of Decadence
Aim
To create a luxurious, rich and tasty cocktail.
Apparatus
ShakerHawthorne Strainer
Fine Mesh Strainer
Champagne Coupe
Materials
- 40ml Pineapple Elixir
- 15ml Mozart dark chocolate liqueur
- 15ml Coconut cream
- 2.5ml Simple syrup
- 10ml Egg White
- Grated Nutmeg to garnish
- 1.35oz Pineapple Elixir
- 0.5oz Mozart dark chocolate liqueur
- 0.5oz Coconut cream
- 0.1oz Simple syrup
- 0.35oz Egg White
- Grated Nutmeg to garnish
Method
- Add plenty of ice to a shaker
- Then add all of the ingredients to the shaker
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds or until frothy
- Double strain into a Champagne Coupe
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the top as a garnish and serve.
Results
The Pineapple Elixir and dark chocolate liqueur blend deliciously to create a decadent cocktail.
