Elixir of Envy
Aim
To create a sharp and citrusy cocktail full of flavour tied together with the smooth caramelised pineapple flavours.

Vintage Wine Glass
Materials
- 40ml Pineapple Elixir
- 20ml Grand Marnier
- 10ml Ricard Pastis
- 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml Egg White
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 2 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 Star Anise to garnish
- 1.35oz Pineapple Elixir
- 0.70z Grand Marnier
- 0.35oz Ricard Pastis
- 0.35oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.35oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.35oz Egg White
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 2 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 Star Anise to garnish
Method
- Place the mint leaves on the bottom of the shaker and gently press
- Put the remaining ingredients into the shaker
- Dry shake everything
- Remove the mint leaves and add ice
- Shake then double strain
- Garnish with the Star Anise and serve
Results
A bomb of sharp citrus notes of orange, lemon and lime with lovely caramelised pineapple tying it together.
