Ingredients
- 40ml Pineapple Elixir
- 20ml Grand Marnier
- 10ml Ricard Pastis
- 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml Egg White
- 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
- 2 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 Star Anise to garnish
- 1.35oz Pineapple Elixir
- 0.70oz Grand Marnier
- 0.35oz Ricard Pastis
- 0.35oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.35oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.35oz Egg White
- 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
- 2 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 Star Anise to garnish
Method
- Place the mint leaves on the bottom of the shaker and gently press.
- Put the remaining ingredients into the cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake everything.
- Remove the mint leaves and add ice.
- Shake vigorously then double strain.
- Garnish with the Star Anise.
