Ingredients

  • 40ml Pineapple Elixir
  • 20ml Grand Marnier
  • 10ml Ricard Pastis
  • 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Egg White
  • 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
  • 2 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Star Anise to garnish
  • 1.35oz Pineapple Elixir
  • 0.70oz Grand Marnier
  • 0.35oz Ricard Pastis
  • 0.35oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.35oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 0.35oz Egg White
  • 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
  • 2 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Star Anise to garnish

Method

  1. Place the mint leaves on the bottom of the shaker and gently press.
  2. Put the remaining ingredients into the cocktail shaker.
  3. Dry shake everything.
  4. Remove the mint leaves and add ice.
  5. Shake vigorously then double strain.
  6. Garnish with the Star Anise.
