Ingredients
- 50ml Pineapple Elixir
- 10ml Lagavulin 16
- 10ml Nocino Walnut Liqueur
- 2 Dashes of Absinthe
- 2 tsp of Maple Syrup
- 1 Twist of Fresh Lemon Peel
- 1.7oz Pineapple Elixir
- 0.35oz Lagavulin 16
- 0.35oz Nocino Walnut Liqueur
- 2 Dashes of Absinthe
- 2 tsp of Maple Syrup
- 1 Twist of Fresh Lemon Peel
Method
- Put a large ice cube into a stirring glass and add all of the ingredients.
- Stir for 10 seconds.
- Put a large ice cube into a Tumbler glass.
- Strain the stirring glass contents into the Tumbler.
- Garnish with the fresh lemon peel.
