Elixir of Glory
Aim
To create a smoky flavourful cocktail.

Bar SpoonTumbler glass
Teaspoon
Materials
- 50ml Pineapple Elixir
- 10ml Lagavulin 16
- 10ml Nocino (Walnut liqueur)
- 2 dashes Absinthe
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 Twist of fresh lemon peel
- 1.7oz Pineapple Elixir
- 0.35oz Lagavulin 16
- 0.35oz Nocino (Walnut liqueur)
- 2 dashes Absinthe
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 Twist of fresh lemon peel
Method
- Place a large ice cube in the Tumbler
- Add all of the ingredients to the glass and stir
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
Results
This cocktail combines the delicious smokiness of the Lagavulin with the smooth caramelised pineapple notes, the delicious walnut and maple syrup into a beautiful mix with a touch of the classic absinthe flavour.
