To create a cocktail with a rich feel, a ton of fruitiness and a sweet flavour from the syrup.

Ingredients
- 50ml Pineapple Elixir
- 50ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 30ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 30ml Coconut Cream
- 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml Galliano Liqueur
- 5ml Grenadine Syrup
- 1.7oz Pineapple Elixir
- 1.7oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1.0oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 1.0oz Coconut Cream
- 0.35oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.35oz Galliano Liqueur
- 0.2oz Grenadine Syrup
Method
- Add plenty of ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add all of the ingredients except the grenadine to the cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously then double strain into a Tiki mug.
- Pour the grenadine over the top.
