CLASSIC RUM COCKTAILS

Ingredients
- 60ml Pineapple Elixir
- 15ml Dark Rum (We like Appleton Estate)
- 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 15ml Orange Curaçao
- 10ml Homemade Simple Syrup
- 10ml Orgeat Syrup (Almond Syrup)
- 1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
- 1 Lime slice to garnish
- 2oz Pineapple Elixir
- 0.2oz Dark Rum (We like Appleton Estate)
- 0.75oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.5oz Orange Curaçao
- 0.3oz Homemade Simple Syrup
- 0.3oz Orgeat Syrup (Almond Syrup)
- 1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
- 1 Lime slice to garnish
Method
- Add the Pineapple Elixir, Curaçao, lime juice, and orgeat into a shaker.
- Add crushed ice to the shaker and lightly shake.
- Pour into a Tumbler glass and float the dark rum over the top. (Slowly pour the dark rum over the back of a spoon onto the side of the glass)
- Garnish with the lime slice and sprig of fresh mint.
