Ingredients

  • 60ml Pineapple Elixir
  • 15ml Dark Rum (We like Appleton Estate)
  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 15ml Orange Curaçao
  • 10ml Homemade Simple Syrup
  • 10ml Orgeat Syrup (Almond Syrup)
  • 1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
  • 1 Lime slice to garnish
  • 2oz Pineapple Elixir
  • 0.2oz Dark Rum (We like Appleton Estate)
  • 0.75oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.5oz Orange Curaçao
  • 0.3oz Homemade Simple Syrup
  • 0.3oz Orgeat Syrup (Almond Syrup)
  • 1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
  • 1 Lime slice to garnish

Method

  1. Add the Pineapple Elixir, Curaçao, lime juice, and orgeat into a shaker.
  2. Add crushed ice to the shaker and lightly shake.
  3. Pour into a Tumbler glass and float the dark rum over the top. (Slowly pour the dark rum over the back of a spoon onto the side of the glass)
  4. Garnish with the lime slice and sprig of fresh mint.
