CLASSIC RUM COCKTAILS
Zombie
A great classic Tiki cocktail with lots of fruity flavours and warmth from the cinnamon and rum.

Ingredients
- 60ml Pineapple Elixir
- 30ml 151-proof rum (We like Lemon Hart)
- 1/8 tsp Absinthe
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
- 60ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Maraschino Cherry
- Orange slice to garnish
- 2oz Pineapple Elixir
- 1oz 151-proof rum (We like Lemon Hart)
- 1/8 tsp Absinthe
- 2oz Pineapple Juice
- 2oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Maraschino Cherry
- Orange slice to garnish
Method
- Add everything except the grenadine, orange slice, and maraschino cherry to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until chilled.
- Strain into a hurricane glass then slowly pour the grenadine over the drink.
- Skewer the orange slice and maraschino cherry onto a cocktail stick and garnish.
