Pineapple Elixir is created from a beautiful Demerara rum, produced in Guyana by Demerara Distillers Limited from locally grown sugar cane molasses by traditional pot and column distillation methods developed over hundreds of years to create this fine spirit.

Martini glass


  • 50ml Pineapple Elixir Rum
  • 20ml Cointreau
  • 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2.5ml Simple syrup to garnish
  • 1 Crushed nuts to garnish
  • 1.5oz Pineapple Elixir Rum
  • 0.7oz Cointreau
  • 0.7oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.2oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 0.2oz Simple syrup to garnish
  • 1 Crushed nuts to garnish


  1. Prepare the glass but pouring the simple syrup into a saucer and dipping the glass rim into it.
  2. Then dip the glass rim into the bowl of crushed nuts and leave to set.
  3. Add plenty of ice and remaining materials to the cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds or until frothy.
  5. Strain into glass and serve.
