UK SHIPPING POLICY

We aim for same–day dispatch on all products ordered before 12:00pm Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Please be aware that bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods may lead to longer delivery times.

Please note all orders require a signature due to the nature of the products for sale.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Unfortunately, international delivery is currently not available. We are working hard to enable customers from abroad to enjoy Arcanist Rum. Join our mailing list to find out when we launch in other countries!

We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased provided:

• You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
• You return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt of the order.
• The items must be returned in a resalable condition unless the items are faulty or damaged.

RETURNS POLICY

Resalable means sealed, unopened with all labels and packaging intact as received.
We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or items that were purchased via third party sellers. If you wish to return an undamaged or non-faulty item, then the original postage and cost of return will be incurred by the customer.

In the event a product is delivered faulty or damaged, we will replace the product. In the event that is not possible we will refund the cost of the product and the shipping.
