Ingredients
- 60ml Pineapple Elixir
- Fresh Coconut Water
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 1 Lime Slice to garnish
- 1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
- 2oz Pineapple Elixir
- Fresh Coconut Water
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 1 Lime Slice to garnish
- 1 Sprig of fresh mint to garnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice and pour over the Pineapple Elixir.
- Top up with coconut water and squeeze in the lime wedge.
- Garnish with a slice of lime, sprig of fresh mint, and serve.
