Ingredients
- 60ml Pineapple Elixir
- 30ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 15ml Homemade Simple Syrup
- Lime slice to garnish
- 2oz Pineapple Elixir
- 1oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.5oz Homemade Simple Syrup
- Lime slice to garnish
Method
- Add Pineapple Elixir, lime juice, simple syrup, and plenty of ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strained into a chilled Coupe glass.
