Aim
To have a delicious cocktail that shows off the Pineapple Elixir to the fullest.

Martini glass

Materials
- 50ml Pineapple Elixir Rum
- 20ml Cointreau
- 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
- 2.5ml Simple syrup to garnish
- Crushed nuts to garnish
- 1.7oz Pineapple Elixir Rum
- 0.7oz Cointreau
- 0.7oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.08oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.08oz Simple syrup to garnish
- 1 Crushed nuts to garnish
Method
- Prepare the glass by pouring the simple syrup into a saucer and dipping the glass rim into it.
- Then dip the glass rim into the bowl of crushed nuts and leave to set.
- Add plenty of ice and remaining materials to the cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds or until frothy.
- Strain into glass and serve.
