Ingredients
- 60ml Pineapple Elixir
- 30ml Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml Freshly brewed Espresso
- 3 Coffee beans to garnish
- 2oz Pineapple Elixir
- 1oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1oz Freshly brewed Espresso
- 3 Coffee beans to garnish
Method
- Add plenty of ice to the shaker.
- Add all of the ingredients to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Add the coffee beans gently to the top to garnish.
