Ingredients
- 60ml Pineapple Elixir
- 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 Ginger Ale to top up
- 1 Lime slice to garnish
- 30oz Pineapple Elixir
- 0.3oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 Ginger Ale to top up
- 1 Lime slice to garnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice, pour over the rum and lime juice.
- Top up with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
